Our Business

Demand Recruitment Services Ltd is a Recruitment Agency. We are dedicated to conducting our business ethically and with integrity, and we expect our suppliers to share the same values.

Our Policies

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. Our Anti-Slavery Policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking are not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.

Due Diligence

As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risks of modern slavery and human trafficking, we conduct due diligence on our supply chains, including reviewing supplier compliance with our Anti-Slavery Policy. We strive to work with suppliers who share our commitment to preventing modern slavery.

Training

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to our staff. We also encourage our business partners to provide similar training to their employees and suppliers.

Reporting Suspected Violations

We encourage our employees, suppliers, and business partners to report any concerns related to our direct activities or supply chains. This includes any circumstances that may give rise to an enhanced risk of slavery or human trafficking. We have a whistleblowing policy in place to facilitate the reporting of concerns.

Review and Continuous Improvement

We regularly review the effectiveness of the measures we have put in place to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our supply chains or in any part of our business. We strive for continuous improvement and are committed to adapting our approach as necessary.
